When will I receive my order?
We carefully prepare and ship your order within 4 working days from payment.
As soon as the courier takes charge of the package, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your products all the way to your home.

I purchased online but the payment didn’t go through.
No problem! Log into your personal area on the website and retry the payment for your pending order.

Can I add products after paying for my order?
We’d love to fulfil every request, but once payment is confirmed, your package immediately goes into preparation.
If you forgot something, you can simply place another order — it’s always a pleasure for us!
Do you ship abroad?
Yes! We ship our artisanal products throughout the European Union.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination: each shipment is a small journey of flavour starting from Valbelluna (Belluno).
Can I place a single order with deliveries to multiple addresses?
At the moment, each order can be shipped to one destination only.
If you’d like to surprise several people, you can create separate orders — we’ll be happy to assist with your gifts!
A product I wanted is sold out. Will it be available again?
Yes! We do our best to restock as soon as possible — but every recipe takes its time, and we respect that.
Write to us at info@terracandita.it and we’ll gladly update you on the next availability.
My package arrived damaged — what should I do?
It rarely happens, but if it does, please sign the delivery “with reservation” and send us photos of the damage at info@terracandita.it.
We’ll take care of it — no one should miss out on a moment of goodness.
STORAGE & SERVING
How should I store artisanal panettoni and panbauletti?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct light.
After opening, close the package carefully to maintain their softness.
How should I serve panettone and panbauletto to enhance taste and texture?
For perfect results: remove the product from its bag 2–3 hours before serving.
For an extra touch, warm it gently for 5 minutes near a mild heat source (not too hot!).
Natural leavening will do the rest.

How long do the artisanal Panbauletti (Mini Leavened Cakes) last?
Thanks to natural sourdough and honey, they stay soft and fresh longer than industrial products.
Do they contain preservatives?
No. Only natural ingredients from carefully sourced supply chains — no preservatives or artificial flavours.
Are they made with sourdough?
Yes, we use only live natural sourdough, refreshed daily by our master artisans.
How should I enjoy them?
Delicious when toasted or gently warmed, perfect with jams, spreads, or savoury pairings depending on the variety.

How long does a Terra Candita Panettone last?
It keeps for 3 months from production, thanks to honey and natural leavening that preserve its softness and aroma.
Does it contain preservatives or artificial flavours?
No. Only natural, carefully selected ingredients — no additives or artificial aromas.
How is it made?
Each panettone is crafted with live sourdough, long leavening, and artisanal processing to ensure quality and digestibility.
Do your candied fruits contain sulfites?
No. We use sulfite-free candied fruits, chosen for their tenderness and authentic taste — a distinctive hallmark of Terra Candita.
What makes your panettone unique?
The secret lies in the quality of our ingredients: DOP honey from the Dolomites, mountain water, free-range eggs, and a short, controlled supply chain.
How should I store it?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. After opening, close it carefully to preserve its fragrance and softness.
Do you offer lactose-free or gluten-free panettoni?
Not at the moment — our artisanal quality comes from ingredients that naturally contain lactose and gluten.
Can I have them delivered to my home?
Yes! We ship throughout Italy and Europe, and you can also pick up your products at our shop in Padua, Piazza della Frutta 35.
Do you make savory panettoni?
Yes: Salame e Pomodorini, Mediterraneo, and Cacio e Pepe — three gourmet variations perfect for aperitifs and refined pairings.

They keep for 6 months from production, thanks to high-quality ingredients and a recipe that preserves their crispness.

No. Only natural, carefully selected ingredients — no additives or artificial aromas.
Do you have vegan biscuits?
Yes! Our Vegan Biscuits with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Marjoram and Chili Pepper are made without any animal ingredients — 100% vegan.
How should I store them to keep them crisp?
Store them in a cool, dry place, in their intact or well-sealed package, away from heat sources.
Are they suitable for aperitifs or tastings?
Absolutely. Terra Candita’s savory biscuits are perfect for aperitifs, appetizers, or gourmet snacks.
